Joe has had a unique and successful career in the Construction Industry spanning over 45 Years. Starting in New Jersey as a Design Draftsman in an Architectural Firm, Joe quickly advanced to an Architectural Designer position in a Civil Engineering Firm where he also learned Site Planning, Surveying as well as Sewer and Water Design. Rich with knowledge from the design and administrative segment of the construction industry Joe took a design / build management position with a Home Builder who purchased and developed raw land into finished communities.

Joe’s extensive Resume is unique to the industry and has served him well over the years, constructing over 1500 homes, 3200 apartment units, and countless custom remodeling projects in 6 states as well as consulting on municipal projects from water tanks, sewer plants and countless water, sewer, and road projects.

Today Joe holds a Florida Builders License as well as a Florida Home Inspector License and his knowledge in the Construction and Real Estate Development industry is second to none. Joe founded Big Lake Construction & Consulting LLC to share his 45 years of knowledge and experience with others.
